What is the 'ECO4' Government Scheme?

The Energy Company Obligation 4 (ECO4) is a UK government-backed scheme running from 2022 to 2026, with a total funding commitment of £4 billion.

It aims to assist low-income and vulnerable households in improving their home’s energy efficiency, thereby reducing energy bills and contributing to the UK’s carbon reduction targets.

Improvements Covered: Includes insulation (loft, wall, floor), heating system upgrades, solar panels, heat pumps, and more.
